Kimberly Lambros is a senior associate and joined the Post Law Firm in 2022. She currently focuses her practice in the areas of insurance defense litigation. With a combined 12yrs experience advising clients on legal matters and preparing complex documentation.

Kim began her career representing clients dealing primarily with Federal tax related issues.

 

Her primary focus was negotiating settlement agreements and payment arrangements to satisfy IRS tax debt while demonstrating a knowledge of a federal tax code. Negotiations were aimed at ensuring the client was able to continue to live their life without the constant fear of IRS involvement. This position required complex financial reviews and analyses on behalf of the client to ensure compliance with federal tax code.

 

Kim later went on to practice in public service sector, working as a public defender at the Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel.

During her representation Kim was able to solidify her skills as a litigator and provide exceptional litigation skills aimed at delivering the best result for her indigent defendants.

 

This position also helped to improve her ability to develop strong relationships with opposing counsel to resolve cases as needed.
