Paula Post has been a practicing attorney in North Florida since 2009. Her career has been primarily in the area of insurance defense, including: premises liability, automobile liability, insurance coverage disputes, bad faith litigation and related claims. She currently focuses on contractual disputes, general liability defense, insurance coverage disputes, contracts, trusts & estates, and business disputes. 

 

Paula has represented several nationwide insurance carriers by providing insight and advise on claim processes, policy language and defensibility of insurance claims in Florida.

 

When asked what her favorite part of her job has been, Paula will tell you "it is the honor of calling a client defendant and letting them know their case has been resolved."

 

Through many years of listening to her clients needs, Paula has been able to build strong relationships. Her emphasis on the importance of relationships is what makes Paula different. Not only has she developed relationships with clients, insurance adjusters and companies, but also opposing attorneys! From the start of her career she made it her mission to NOT forget where she came from, how she was raised, and her commitment to compassion with all parties involved. Paula’s family first settled in St. Augustine in the early 1900’s. She has always had a fond appreciation for the local community and places a great deal of importance on helping the local community. When not at the office, Paula enjoys spending time with her husband, twin daughters, and goldendoodle. Oftentimes you will find her cheering on her girls at the softball field or volunteering for local charities.
